RFQ - Concessionaire Services to Operate A Restaurant at Whispering Pines Golf Course #17632

Notice is hereby given that Jackson County is soliciting responses for CONCESSIONACRE SERVICES TO OPERATE A RESTAURANT AT WHISPERING PINES GOLF COURSE. Interested and qualified respondents may submit Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Packages, according to the requirements described herein, to Jackson County, 2915 Canty Street, Suite D, Pascagoula, MS 39567. All RFQ Packages are due by or before 12 p.m. (CT) on FEBRUARY 27, 2025. Any packages delivered to or received after the 12 p.m. deadline will not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the addressee.

Any and all questions or requests for information relating to this Request for Qualifications shall be submitted in writing by or before 12 p.m. (CT) on February 25, 2025.

RFQ Packages MUST be submitted in a SEALED envelope/container and clearly marked on the exterior of the package: "CONCESSIONAffiE SERVICES TO OPERATE A RESTAURANT AT WHISPERJNG PINES GOLF COURSE." through www.jacksoncoplans.com. Subruit ekx:tronic RFQ Packages with thesame infonnation, fom1s and requirements as for Scaled Rr'Q Packages. When submitting electronically, the Rt'Q Package must be submitted as a single"PDF'' file with the first page bearing the name of the respondent, his mailing address. and the name of the RFQ for which the RFQ Package is submitted. When RFQ Packages are submitted electronically, respondents must ensure that their electronic submission can beaccessed and viewed by the County inunediately upon opening. The Cow1ty will consider any file that cannot be immediately accessed and viewed at the time of the opening (such as, encrypted files, password protected tiles, or incompatible files) to be blank or incomplete as context requires and are therefore unacceptable. A respondent will not be permitted to unencrypt files, remove password protections, or resubmit documents after opening to make a file viewable if those docwncnts are required with the RFQ Package. Electronic RFQ Packages must be secured with a blue ink signature or an electronic signature. For an electronic copy of the RFQ, documents can be viewed or downloaded from www.jacksoncoplans.com. Respondents will be required to registe, FREE with Plan House Printing at www.jacksoncoplans.com to submit an electronic RFQ Package. Each package submitted must have the respondent's name and mailing address rnarked plainly on the outside of the envelope/container. Each package shall consist of one (1) color original paper submittal and six (6) copies.
